Free to Eat!

With on-going advancements in the medical field, and a growing interest in the relationship between health and food, it’s no surprise that more and more of us are being told that we need to follow special diets. This isn’t always easy.

No nuts, sugar or gluten? How about no eggs or dairy, in general? It’s enough to make anyone’s head spin, but you can enjoy a delicious sweet or savory snack without having to worry about a potential allergic reaction! Read on…

When most people think of alfredo sauce, they automatically think cheese and cream (at least I do). A white creamy sauce on top of pasta is a common favorite, but how do you make it dairy free? Follow kallen2302’s Dairy-Free Alfredo Sauce recipe :)! For dessert, try Adele’s Dairy Free Dirt Pudding.

And baking without all-purpose flour? That sounds like a challenge. It’s more of an adventure, take it from someone who’s been there. I’ve yet to make crepes, though, I think I need to give rwrigley’s Gluten-Free Crepes recipe a whirl!
