Harri makes his pie with crispy phyllo dough, and lots of cheese! This buttery and savory pie is always a hit! Harri usually doubles the recipe since it disappears so quickly, and the doubled recipe creates a nice, large pie overflowing with goodness :) He tells us that this pie is very similar to the Greek dish spanakopita.
