		<description>I tried this and loved it. I used whole grain bread instead of wheat. I also substituted olive oil for the butter. I added cooked lean ham instead of bacon. Then, I sprinkled shredded cheddar cheese on top. When my cups were done, I sprinkled them with some Cajun seasoning and some parsley (for color). 

This was a very nice breakfast. Thanks!</description>
