Jeanette’s Fancy Ratatouille is a gobble-it-all-up kind of meal. It’s one of those recipes that doesn’t need fancy talk to persuade anyone to make it.

Don’t worry, you won’t find any little mice swimming in this ratatouille, even if the recipe is similar to the one used in the movie :). In fact, you’ll just find the freshest ingredients. Jeanette and her family hand-picked one of the vegetables from their back yard; it doesn’t get any more local and fresh than homegrown summer squash :).
